coming fall 2008…somewhere in ann arbor

the house will ideally have 5-10 people of diverse backgrounds, perspectives and interests.

affordability is a priority.

essential activities will include:
activism…working for a just society and to end all forms of oppression
art…theater, music, dancing, painting, poeming.
fun…parties, laughing, celebrating the mysterious pleasures of being a human
healing…through meditation and other spiritual and contemplative practices

this is a work in progress. many important details have yet to be determined. all members will have an active role in shaping the community. if you are interested in collaborating on this project, contact zoe at zoebender@gmail.com

*“an intentional community is a planned residential community designed to promote a much higher degree of social interaction than other communities. the members of an intentional community typically hold a common social, political or spiritual vision, and also share responsibilities and resources.”
